Mongol Mining (HKEX: 00975) has announced a change in its corporate secretarial and representative positions, effective from June 26, 2026.
Ms. Zhang Yuefen has resigned from her roles as Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Agent.
Ms. Li Meiyi has been appointed to succeed her in all three positions of Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Agent.
