Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. reported a net profit of S$2.4 million for the six months ended Jun 30, 2026, up 49.9 % year-on-year, lifted by solid demand across its design-led experiential businesses despite a mixed divisional performance.

Earnings per share rose to 1.20 Singapore cents from 0.79 cents a year earlier. The board did not declare any interim dividend.

Group revenue increased 3.9 % YoY to S$168.5 million. By segment, Exhibitions, Thematic & Attractions contributed S$65.9 million, down 5.7 % as some new projects were still in ramp-up stages. Retail & Corporate Interiors grew 4.8 % to S$81.3 million, supported by brand refurbishments and new-concept rollouts. Research & Design added S$10.6 million, up 8.8 %, while Experiential Marketing more than doubled its top line to S$10.7 million, a 119.1 % jump on stronger demand for activation events and conferences.

The softer showing in Exhibitions, Thematic & Attractions weighed on overall gross profit, which slipped 1.6 % to S$39.3 million. Management linked the decline to timing differences in project recognition during the half.

Kingsmen ended July with S$392 million of secured contracts, of which about S$265 million is scheduled for recognition in 2026. The company is sharpening its end-to-end capabilities in research, design, production and delivery, aiming to capture rising demand for experience-driven retail concepts and branded environments across Asia.

Group Chief Executive Anthony Chong said the 50-year-old company sees “robust” demand as brands prioritise immersive engagement. He indicated that operational discipline, technology adoption and deeper client partnerships should help sustain growth momentum, while the pipeline underpins revenue visibility for the remainder of the year and beyond.
