Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) disclosed that substantial shareholder Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) increased its indirect stake by 1.46 million ordinary shares on Jun, 11 2026.
The purchase, executed in the open market through KWAP’s fund manager, lifted the pension fund’s total holding to 525.44 million shares, comprising 442.70 million shares held directly (5.521%) and 82.74 million shares held indirectly (1.032%).
The company received the notice of change on Jun, 12 2026.
