China Boton buys back 0.25 million shares for HKD 0.60 million; treasury stock rises to 1.27 million units

On 17 June 2026, China Boton Group Company Limited filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange detailing a share repurchase executed the same day.

The company bought back 246,000 ordinary shares on-market at prices ranging from HKD 2.33 to HKD 2.54, resulting in a volume-weighted payment of HKD 0.60 million. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 1.08 billion, down 0.02 % from the previous day. Treasury shares increased to 1.27 million. Total issued shares (including treasury) remain unchanged at 1.08 billion.

The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 22 May 2026 authorising the repurchase of up to 108.05 million shares. To date, 246,000 shares—equivalent to 0.02 % of issued shares as of the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 17 July 2026.
