CapitaLand Ascott Trust Issues 5.08 Million Stapled Securities to Pay Management Fees

CapitaLand Ascott Trust announced on May, 07 2026 that its managers have issued 5.08 million new stapled securities as partial payment of management fees for the period from Jan, 01 2026 to Mar, 31 2026.

A total of 4.40 million stapled securities were allotted to Somerset Capital Pte Ltd on behalf of CapitaLand Ascott Trust Management Limited as base fee for the real estate investment trust, while 0.68 million units were issued to the same entity on behalf of CapitaLand Ascott Business Trust Management Pte. Ltd. as base and performance fees. All units were priced at 0.8968 Singapore dollars per stapled security.

The issuance raised the number of stapled securities in circulation to 3.85 billion. CapitaLand Investment Limited Group’s aggregate stake in the trust increased from 24.98% to 25.07%, while the direct holdings of the REIT manager and the trustee-manager were unchanged.
