On 15 May 2026, Midea Group Co., Ltd. (A-shares listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange) disclosed changes in its share capital and a new share buy-back under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Next Day Disclosure framework.

Share repurchase • Volume: 1.21 million A-shares, representing 0.0177% of Midea’s issued share base (excluding treasury shares) as of 14 May 2026. • Transaction venue: Shenzhen Stock Exchange. • Price range: RMB 81.00 – RMB 83.30 per share, at a volume-weighted average of RMB 82.62. • Total consideration: RMB 100.01 million. • All repurchased shares were retained as treasury shares; none have been cancelled.

Option-related share issuance • Eighth Stock Option Incentive Plan: 168,945 new A-shares issued at an exercise price of RMB 70.29 each. • Ninth Stock Option Incentive Plan: 94,380 new A-shares issued at an exercise price of RMB 45.16 each. • Combined issuance: 263,325 shares, equal to 0.0038% of the pre-event issued share count.

Resulting share capital structure (15 May 2026) • Issued shares (excluding treasury): 6.85 billion, down by 0.95 million from the previous day. • Treasury shares: 107.47 million, up by 1.21 million. • Total shares outstanding (including treasury): 6.96 billion.

Board authorisation and regulatory compliance have been confirmed by Chairman and CEO Fang Hongbo.
