Key Governance Moves • Board Activity: 16 board meetings, 27 special-committee meetings and three shareholder meetings under an enhanced “three-tier” governance model covering decision-making, management and execution. • Regulatory Alignment: Core documents—including the Articles of Association and committee terms of reference—were comprehensively revised to meet updated Hong Kong Listing Rules and PRC regulatory demands. • Compliance & Risk: 16 compliance inspections, 21 training sessions and four new compliance rules issued; five suspicious-transaction reports filed with the China Anti-Money Laundering Monitoring and Analysis Center.

Rural Revitalisation & Community • Assistance: 44 pairing agreements and approximately RMB2.25 million deployed; 28 “insurance + futures” projects worth RMB515 million executed. • Consumption Aid: RMB1.45 million spent on agricultural products from assisted regions. • Investor Education: Nearly 500 original education products reached more than 10 million viewers, reinforcing Zhongtai’s role as the industry’s sole independently operated national investor-education base.
