According to the company's board announcement, Tianfu International transferred 102 million shares of EASY SMART GP—representing 25% of the company's total issued share capital as of the announcement date—to Token Cat Ltd in exchange for approximately 45.88% equity in a wholly-owned subsidiary of Token Cat Ltd.
