For the month ended 30 April 2026, China Foods Limited reported no changes in either its authorised or issued share capital, according to its latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 4 May 2026.

• Authorised share capital remained at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, representing authorised capital of HKD 400.00 million.

• Issued share capital was unchanged at 2.80 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding.
