Hong Kong stock exchange records show that on August 18, eLong, Inc. increased its position in DIDA INC (02559) by acquiring 1,067,253 additional shares.
The transaction was executed at a price of HK$1.3875 per share, bringing the total investment to approximately HK$1.48 million.
Following this purchase, eLong, Inc.'s latest shareholding in the company stands at around 689 million shares, representing a 67.09% ownership stake.
