Huationg Global subsidiary served with third-party notice over S$1.49 million claim

Huationg Global Limited announced that on Aug, 3 2026 its wholly owned unit, Huationg Contractor Pte Ltd, received a third-party notice from Pan-United Concrete Pte Ltd in connection with High Court suit HC/OC 606/2026.

The litigation stems from a claim filed by CJ Resources Pte Ltd against Pan-United for about 1.49 million Singapore dollars following an incident involving Barge MMS 003 at the Pulau Punggol Aggregate Terminal on Jan, 23 2024. Pan-United seeks either full indemnity or a contribution from Huationg Contractor for any judgment amount and legal costs.

Huationg Contractor plans to refute the allegations and has engaged legal counsel to defend its position.

Huationg Global said it does not expect the case to have a material effect on its earnings per share or net tangible assets per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026. The company will provide further updates in line with Catalist rules.
