BETTERLIFE HLDG Turns Profit in Fiscal Year with Net Income of 3.128 Million Yuan

BETTERLIFE HLDG (06909) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of 8.625 billion yuan, representing a decrease of approximately 1.4% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to shareholders was 3.128 million yuan, a turnaround from a loss of 24.059 million yuan in the prior year. Basic earnings per share were 0.005 yuan. The board has proposed a final dividend of 2.0 cents per share.

During the year, the group sold a total of 19,943 passenger vehicles, an increase of approximately 1,038 units compared to the 18,905 vehicles sold last year. Revenue generated from vehicle sales for the year was approximately 7.075 billion yuan, a decrease of about 5.4% from the previous year, accounting for approximately 82.0% of the group's total annual revenue. Revenue from after-sales services for the year was approximately 1.5495 billion yuan, an increase of about 22.7% compared to the previous year, representing approximately 18.0% of the group's total annual revenue.
