SFSY Energy Maintains 2.52 Billion Outstanding Shares with No Capital Changes in May 2026

For the month ended 31 May 2026, China Shuifa Singyes Energy Holdings Limited (SFSY Energy) reported no changes in either its authorised or issued share capital, according to its monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 June 2026.

Authorised capital remained at 3.20 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.01 each, equivalent to authorised share capital of USD 32.00 million. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were unchanged at 2.52 billion, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. Consequently, total issued share capital stayed flat month-on-month.

The company confirmed full compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%.

Share-based incentives also showed no activity. All 12.00 million outstanding share options granted on 5 April 2017 at an exercise price of HKD 3.55 remained unexercised, leaving the same number of shares potentially issuable under the scheme.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or newly issued during the reporting period. Additionally, the filing noted no share repurchases, cancellations, or treasury-share transactions.

Overall, SFSY Energy’s capital structure was unchanged in May 2026, underscoring a period of stability with no dilution for existing shareholders.
