The General Office of the People's Government of Hunan Province has released the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Development of the Smart Robot Industry," proposing an application scenario opening project.

The opinions focus on specific needs across segmented scenarios such as production line upgrades, education and teaching, medical care and elderly services, logistics and distribution, cultural tourism experiences, emergency rescue, smart agriculture, and intelligent construction. A routine "Smart Robotics+" action will be launched.

Government departments and state-owned enterprises are encouraged to take the lead in opening up these scenarios, dynamically publishing a province-wide list of robot application scenario needs and capabilities. Each year, approximately 20 typical scenarios will be supported to promote applications in fields like industrial manufacturing, service consumption, and special operations.

Plans include establishing a comprehensive robot service center, supporting the formation of an industry platform company, and developing new business models such as robot equipment leasing, robotic services, secondary development, scenario matching, maintenance and remanufacturing, and data training.
