Jacobio Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. (JACOBIO-B) disclosed that it repurchased 76,200 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 20 March 2026, paying an aggregate HKD 0.51 million. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from HKD 6.66 to HKD 6.70, translating to an average cost of HKD 6.68 per share.
Following the transaction, the company’s treasury stock rose to 5.64 million shares, while the number of issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) slipped to 786.12 million. The latest repurchase represents 0.0097% of the company’s issued share capital prior to the transaction. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 791.76 million.
The buyback forms part of the mandate granted on 10 June 2025, which authorises repurchases of up to 78.87 million shares. Including the latest trade, Jacobio has repurchased 2.62 million shares under this mandate to date, utilising roughly 3.32% of the authorised limit and amounting to 0.3316% of the share capital outstanding at the mandate date.
All shares bought back on 20 March 2026 have been retained as treasury shares; none have been cancelled. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Jacobio is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 19 April 2026.
