Starhill Global REIT to issue 3.9 million new units under distribution reinvestment plan

Starhill Global Real Estate Investment Trust (P40U) will issue 3,926,434 new units on Mar, 27 2026 at S$0.5716 per unit to unitholders who elected to participate in its distribution reinvestment plan for the 1.80-cent distribution per unit covering Jul, 1 2025 to Dec, 31 2025.

Cash distributions to unitholders who did not opt for the plan will be paid on the same date.

The new units will begin trading on the Main Board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited at 9:00 a.m. on Mar, 27 2026 and will rank pari passu with existing units.

Upon completion, Starhill Global REIT’s total issued units will increase to 2,319,631,461 from 2,315,705,027.
