DEEWIN Maintains Stable Capital Structure and Meets Public Float Requirement in June 2026 Monthly Return

Deewin Tianxia Co., Ltd. (DEEWIN) has released its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming that the company’s share capital structure remained unchanged and fully compliant with Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) public float rules.

The group’s authorised share capital was steady at 2.18 billion ordinary shares with a par value of RMB 1 each, split between 552.44 million H shares listed in Hong Kong and 1.63 billion unlisted domestic shares. No additional shares were authorised or cancelled during the month.

Issued share figures were equally stable. H-share capital comprised 523.40 million shares in circulation and 29.04 million held as treasury shares, keeping the class total at 552.44 million. Domestic shares in issue stood at 1.63 billion, with no treasury position. Consequently, the company’s overall issued share count remained unchanged at 2.18 billion.

DEEWIN confirmed that its H-share public float met HKEX requirements, standing at 24.32% of the class’s issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and representing a market value of HK$1.81 billion as at 30 June 2026.

The filing also states that DEEWIN had no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could dilute existing shareholders. The report was submitted by Company Secretary Liu Lulu on 7 July 2026.
