China Ruyi Completes HK$9.40 Million Buyback of 6.44 Million Shares

China Ruyi Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 6.44 million ordinary shares on 18 May 2026, paying HK$1.46 per share through on-market transactions. The total consideration amounted to HK$9.40 million.

The repurchased shares—earmarked for cancellation—represent approximately 0.04% of the company’s 16.80 billion issued shares outstanding prior to the transaction. Although the shares have not yet been cancelled, the overall share count remained at 16.80 billion as of the disclosure date.

The buyback was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 3 June 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 1.55 billion shares. To date, China Ruyi has utilised roughly 0.41% of this limit.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 17 June 2026.
