China Foods Keeps Share Capital Steady in June; Issued Shares Flat at 2.80 Billion, Public Float Meets 25% Rule

For the month ended 30 June 2026, China Foods Limited reported no changes to its share capital structure, according to its latest Monthly Return for Equity Issuer filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 July 2026.

Authorised share capital remained at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 400.00 million. There were no increases or reductions during the period.

The issued share base held steady at 2,797,223,396 ordinary shares, and the company maintained zero treasury shares. Consequently, total issued shares also stood unchanged at 2,797,223,396.

China Foods confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares, ensuring sufficient free-float liquidity in the market.

The filing showed no movements under share option schemes, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments during June 2026.
