China Yongda Automobiles Services Holdings Limited (YONGDA AUTO) reported that Mr. Cai Yingjie has resigned as Executive Director and ceased to serve as Vice-chairman, effective 26 June 2026, citing other personal commitments.

Mr. Cai confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and that there are no matters related to his departure requiring shareholder attention. The Board expressed gratitude for his contributions during his tenure.

Following the change, the Board now comprises: • 4 Executive Directors – Mr. Cheung Tak On (Chairman), Mr. Xu Yue, Mr. Wang Zhigao and Mr. Tang Liang • 1 Non-executive Director – Ms. Chen Yi • 3 Independent Non-executive Directors – Ms. Zhu Anna Dezhen, Mr. Lyu Wei and Mr. Sun Minjie
