Chuan Hup Holdings Limited announced the cancellation of 49,581,800 treasury shares on Jun, 15 2026, representing 5.7460% of the company’s issued ordinary shares prior to the move.
The cancellation, aimed at enhancing shareholder value, reduces the group’s treasury share balance to nil while keeping the total number of issued ordinary shares unchanged at 862,896,150. The cancelled shares were valued at about 11.24 million Singapore dollars.
