Lianlian Digital Proposes Appointment of Deloitte as New Auditor

Lianlian Digital (02598) announced that upon the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting on June 5, 2026, PricewaterhouseCoopers will retire as the company's auditor and will not be reappointed. In accordance with the company's articles of association and based on the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to propose that shareholders approve the appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Deloitte) as the new auditor for the year 2026 at the annual general meeting. The board is also authorized to determine the auditor's remuneration.
