NANYANG HOLD Reports Final Results: Shareholder Loss Narrows to HK$49.98 Million

NANYANG HOLD (00212) announced its final results for the 2025 financial year. The group recorded revenue and other income of HK$253 million, representing a 26.77% increase compared to the previous year. The loss attributable to equity holders was HK$49.98 million, narrowing by 65.93% year-on-year. The loss per share was HK$1.47. The board proposed a final dividend of HK$0.70 per share and a special dividend of HK$0.60 per share.

According to the announcement, the company had no bank borrowings as of December 31, 2025 (2024: nil). The annual results included dividend income of approximately HK$72.20 million (net of 21% withholding tax) from Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank, Ltd. based on its 2024 earnings. It also included investment income of HK$5.10 million from financial assets at fair value through profit or loss, and net realized and unrealized gains of approximately HK$84.10 million from such financial assets. Furthermore, the results included a net non-cash and unrealized loss of HK$262.8 million (2024: loss of HK$276.9 million) arising from changes in the fair value of investment properties, including one held by a joint venture.
