The annual results included dividend income of approximately HK$72.20 million (net of 21% withholding tax) from Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank, Ltd. based on its 2024 earnings. It also included investment income of HK$5.10 million from financial assets at fair value through profit or loss, and net realized and unrealized gains of approximately HK$84.10 million from such financial assets. Furthermore, the results included a net non-cash and unrealized loss of HK$262.8 million (2024: loss of HK$276.9 million) arising from changes in the fair value of investment properties, including one held by a joint venture.
