Wilmar International Limited announced on May, 28 2026 that it has not received any official notification from the Indonesian authorities regarding reported investigations into alleged under-invoicing and transfer pricing of palm-oil exports.
The company said it is engaging with the relevant authorities to understand their concerns and pledged to update the market if it receives formal notice that it is under investigation.
