For the 12-month period ended March 31, 2026, the company recorded revenue of $928 million. Lime plans to list on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker symbol "LIME". The company had previously submitted a confidential draft registration statement on October 29, 2025. The joint book-running managers for the offering are Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Jefferies, Evercore ISI, Citizens JMP, and KeyBanc Capital Markets. The company has not yet disclosed pricing terms for the offering.
