China Daye Non-Ferrous Metals Mining Limited announced a postponement in the despatch of its shareholder circular related to the very substantial disposal and connected transaction involving the sale of 100 % equity in a wholly-owned subsidiary.

The circular—originally scheduled for release on or before 20 July 2026—will now be sent out no later than 10 August 2026. The company attributed the delay to the need for additional time to prepare and finalise information, including the independent financial adviser’s letter, the independent board committee’s recommendation, and the notice of the special general meeting.

The board currently comprises two executive directors, Chairman Xiao Shuxin and Li Haibo, along with three independent non-executive directors: Liu Fang, Wang Qihong, and Kong Hua.
