Recently, the market regulatory authority of Jiangxi Province has officially issued the "Guidelines for Standardizing the Work of Intellectual Property Workstations in Jiangxi Province." This document provides comprehensive regulations for the establishment, services, and management of intellectual property workstations across the province.

The guidelines specify that all existing "Grassroots Trademark Workstations" in the province will be uniformly renamed to "Intellectual Property Workstations," thereby expanding both the scope and depth of their services.

Following the release of these guidelines, local authorities have acted swiftly to implement them, achieving significant progress in the development of grassroots intellectual property workstations. The Jin Tan Branch of the Jishui County Market Regulatory Bureau was the first to complete the renaming and unveiling of its workstation, making it the province's inaugural renamed intellectual property station.

Furthermore, Jiangxi's first international land port intellectual property workstation—the Yingtan International Land Port Intellectual Property Workstation—has officially commenced operations in Guixi. The core mission of this station is to empower the high-quality development of the open economy. It focuses on critical needs such as preventing and managing foreign-related intellectual property risks and resolving disputes. The workstation offers one-stop services for foreign-related copper enterprises, including guidance on customs intellectual property recordation and international trademark and patent registration. This marks a solid step forward in the construction of Jiangxi's public service system for intellectual property.

A representative from the Jiangxi Provincial Market Regulatory Bureau stated that the next phase involves guiding various regions in the orderly development and standardized management of intellectual property workstations, aiming to further improve the province's public service system for intellectual property.
