Emperador Inc. informed the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission on May, 15 2026 that it will not meet the statutory deadline for filing its SEC Form 17-Q covering the quarter ended Mar, 31 2026.

The company cited ongoing efforts to gather information required to explain material changes in its financial condition and results of operations, saying the task could not be completed by the deadline without unreasonable effort or expense. Emperador plans to submit the quarterly report within five days of the original filing date.

Chief Financial Officer Dina D.R. Inting, listed as the contact person for the filing, confirmed that all other periodic reports have been submitted on time and that the firm does not anticipate significant changes in year-on-year operating results for the period concerned.
