INFINITIES TECH (Infinities Technology International (Cayman) Holding Limited) disclosed that on 3 July 2026 it received formal resumption guidance from Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Key elements of the guidance: 1. Publish all outstanding financial statements and resolve any audit modifications. 2. Demonstrate full compliance with Listing Rule 13.24, which requires sufficient operations and asset value. 3. Disclose all material information necessary for investors to assess the Group’s position.

According to Listing Rule 6.01A(1), any security suspended for 18 consecutive months faces delisting. For INFINITIES TECH, the deadline falls on 30 September 2027. Failure to meet the above conditions and resume trading by that date will prompt the Listing Division to recommend cancellation of the company’s listing. HKEX reserves the right to impose a shorter remedial period or delist immediately if deemed appropriate.

Trading in INFINITIES TECH shares has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2026, pending publication of the FY 2025 annual results and satisfaction of the resumption guidance. The Board states that it is taking “appropriate steps” to meet the Exchange’s requirements and will provide quarterly updates under Rule 13.24A.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
