Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd., as manager of Mapletree Logistics Trust, said on Jun, 19 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary, MapletreeLog Treasury Company Pte. Ltd., has priced 75 million Singapore dollars of 2.50% notes due Jun, 29 2033 under the trust’s 3 billion Singapore dollars Euro Medium Term Securities Programme.

The unsecured and unrated Series 014 notes will be issued at par on Jun, 29 2026 and pay a fixed coupon of 2.50% per annum. HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, in its capacity as trustee of Mapletree Logistics Trust, will provide an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee of the issuer’s obligations.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing existing borrowings.

The manager highlighted that the new notes, together with several existing loan facilities and notes totalling about 5.656 billion Singapore dollars, contain provisions that could trigger mandatory repayment if the manager is removed and not replaced in accordance with the trust deed. The trust said no such conditions have been breached to date.

Any offer of the notes in Singapore will be made under exemptions provided by the Securities and Futures Act, and the securities will not be marketed or sold in jurisdictions where such activity would be unlawful.
