Shanshui Cement Keeps Share Capital Steady at 4.35 Billion; Public Float Fully Compliant in July

China Shanshui Cement Group Limited (Shanshui Cement) reported no changes in either authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to its latest filing with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.01 each, equivalent to USD 100.00 million. Issued share capital was unchanged at 4.35 billion ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares as at 31 July 2026.

The board confirmed that the minimum public-float requirement of 25% under Main Board Rule 13.32B has been met. During the month, Shanshui Cement did not issue or cancel any shares, nor did it grant or exercise share options, warrants, or other convertible instruments.

Director Wu Ling-ling submitted the return on 3 August 2026, affirming that all regulatory obligations under the Hong Kong Listing Rules and relevant laws were satisfied.
