携程集团-S(09961)今日股价表现疲软，盘中跌幅超过4%，暂时领跌蓝筹股板块。截至发稿时，该股下跌4.6%，报328港元，成交额达到6.73亿港元。
消息面上，携程集团于昨晚宣布，计划在9月14日召开董事会会议，旨在审议并批准截至2026年6月30日止三个月及六个月的财务业绩及相关公告。此前，公司已发出业绩预警，预计第二季度净营业收入同比增幅将收窄至3%至8%区间。这一预期增速较第一季度出现显著回落，并预计将对当季利润率及整体盈利表现构成直接压力。
分析指出，这一放缓趋势主要源于高能源价格与地缘政治波动等宏观不利因素的综合影响。此外，今年7月25日，携程集团收到国家市场监管总局的行政处罚决定，累计罚款金额高达51.8亿元人民币。
摩根士丹利发布研究报告认为，携程的监管和解虽消除了长期不确定性风险，且海外市场份额增长动能得以延续，但受本地宏观经济逆风、极端天气事件频发以及地缘政治紧张局势等多重因素拖累，旅游需求正面临放缓压力。基于此，大摩已将携程2026至2028年的收入预测下调1%至3%，每股盈利预测亦相应调降2%至7%。
