Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) Limited (BDR) said it anticipates posting a consolidated net profit of between 56.5 million and 66.5 million Singapore dollars for the six months ended Jun, 30 2026, compared with about 20.7 million Singapore dollars in the same period a year earlier.
The distributor of electronic components projects revenue in the range of 1,470.2 million to 1,480.2 million Singapore dollars, representing a year-on-year increase of roughly 27% to 28% from 1,158.8 million Singapore dollars.
Management attributed the expected improvement to stronger domestic demand in China for the group’s electronic components, aided by new product launches, customer acquisitions and enhanced supplier and client engagement. Foreign-exchange gains from a stronger Renminbi against the Hong Kong dollar also supported earnings.
The company is finalising its unaudited interim results and plans to release them around mid-Aug, 2026. Investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Willas-Array’s securities until the official results are published.
