PPL Corp Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.285 Per Share, Maintaining Consistent Payout Policy

PPL Corp announced on Wednesday that its board of directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.285 per share.

According to the company's announcement, the dividend will be payable on July 1, 2026, to shareholders of record as of June 10. This payout maintains the same level as the previous quarter, reflecting the company's ongoing commitment to shareholder returns.

This dividend declaration follows the release of the company's first-quarter financial results. The earnings report shows that PPL Corp's revenue for the first quarter of 2026 reached $2.774 billion, a year-over-year increase of 10.8%. GAAP earnings per share were $0.60, while earnings per share from continuing operations were $0.63, higher than the $0.60 reported for the same period last year. The company reaffirmed its 2026 guidance for earnings per share from continuing operations in the range of $1.90 to $1.98.

PPL Corp also reiterated its long-term financial target: achieving annual earnings per share growth of 6% to 8% through 2029. The company continues to advance its approximately $23 billion capital investment plan aimed at strengthening and modernizing its electric and natural gas networks. PPL Corp also anticipates announcing a transaction with Blackstone regarding its generation business by the end of 2026.
