Smart Fish Wealthlink Holdings Limited on 22 May 2026 announced the publication of a bilingual circular detailing (i) the proposed placing of shares under a specific mandate and (ii) the accompanying notice of a Special General Meeting (SGM).

The circular is accessible in both English and Chinese under the “Investor Relations” section of the company’s website (www.139hk.com). Registered shareholders may, at any time and free of charge, elect to receive printed copies or continue to access the website version.

Shareholders experiencing difficulty with the online version—or those wishing to obtain printed documents—can submit the enclosed Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 139-ecom@vistra.com.

Requests to alter future communication preferences should also be directed to Tricor via the same form. Enquiries can be made on (852) 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
