Yuan Reference Rate Strengthens 37 Pips to 6.7330 Against US Dollar

On October 9, the central parity rate of the Chinese yuan against the US dollar was set at 6.7330, marking an increase of 37 pips.

The probability that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged in October stands at 82.3%, according to CME's "FedWatch" tool. The likelihood of a cumulative 25 basis point hike is 17.7%.

For December, the probability that the Fed will hold rates steady is 18.7%, while the chance of a cumulative 25 basis point increase is 67.6%, and the probability of a cumulative 50 basis point hike is 13.7%.
