SHANGHAI PECHEM (00338) has officially announced that it will record impairment provisions totaling RMB 545 million for the six-month period ending June 30, 2026.

In line with the requirements of the Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises and adhering to the principle of prudence, the company conducted impairment tests on relevant assets that showed potential indicators of impairment as of the end of the reporting period. This step was taken to objectively reflect its financial position and operational results for the first half of the year.

Following the assessments, the company confirmed that the total impairment provisions for the interim period amount to RMB 545 million, reflecting the identified decline in the recoverable amounts of the affected assets.
