Datang Renewable Raises RMB1.00 Billion via 87-Day Ultra-Short-Term Debenture at 1.39% Coupon

China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co., Limited (“Datang Renewable”) has closed its 2026 seventh-tranche issuance of ultra-short-term debentures, securing RMB1.00 billion through the mainland inter-bank bond market on 18 August 2026.

The notes carry a tenor of 87 days, maturing on 14 November 2026, and were priced with a fixed annual coupon of 1.39%. Interest accrues from 19 August 2026. Each debenture has a face value of RMB100.

China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. acted as sole lead underwriter and bookrunner, with China Minsheng Banking Corporation Limited serving as joint lead underwriter. Proceeds are earmarked for repayment of existing interest-bearing debt and for general working-capital purposes, in accordance with relevant regulations.
