Geekplus Repurchases 100,000 WVR B Shares at HK$7.33; Treasury Stock Climbs to 52.08 Million

Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. (Geekplus) disclosed that it bought back 100,000 weighted voting right (WVR) ordinary shares – Class B – on 2 October 2026 via on-market transactions at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing. The shares were repurchased at a single execution price of HK$7.33 each, bringing total cash outlay to HK$0.73 million.

Following the transaction, Geekplus’ issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.01% to 972.07 million shares. Concurrently, the treasury-share balance increased to 52.08 million, while the company’s total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.02 billion.

The repurchase formed part of a mandate approved on 26 May 2026 that authorises Geekplus to buy back up to 102.42 million shares, equivalent to 10% of the company’s share capital at that time. Cumulative on-exchange repurchases under this mandate now stand at 52.08 million shares, representing 5.09% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Geekplus is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 2 November 2026. All repurchase procedures were confirmed to be in full compliance with the Main Board Listing Rules and applicable regulations.
