Bulletin Express
May 06

Duiba Group Limited (DUIBA; HKEx: 01753) submitted its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming no changes in share capital, issued shares, or treasury stock positions during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001 each, equivalent to USD 50,000—unchanged from the prior month.

Issued share capital also held steady: 1.08 billion ordinary shares were in issue as at 30 April 2026, with no treasury shares recorded. Consequently, there were no share issuances, cancellations, or share repurchases in April.

Duiba confirmed that it satisfied the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25 percent of issued shares as of month-end.

Under the 17 April 2019 Share Option Scheme, the group reported zero outstanding or newly-granted/exercised options during the month. The scheme still allows for up to 111.11 million additional shares to be issued in the future. No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or exercised.

Overall, Duiba’s capital structure, float position, and share-based incentive plans remained unchanged through April 2026.
