Pony AI Inc. announced that its Hong Kong-listed Class A ordinary shares will be added to the list of eligible securities under the Shanghai–Hong Kong Stock Connect, effective 4 June 2026, as confirmed by a notice from the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The inclusion grants qualified Mainland investors direct trading access to Pony AI’s Hong Kong-listed shares, a development the Board views as evidence of growing market recognition of the company’s fundamentals and long-term prospects. Management expects the move to broaden the shareholder base and improve trading liquidity.
Shanghai–Hong Kong Stock Connect provides a two-way trading link between the Shanghai Stock Exchange and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, allowing Mainland investors to buy eligible Hong Kong equities (Southbound) and international investors to invest in Shanghai-listed A-shares (Northbound) within prescribed daily quotas.
The Board urges shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
The announcement was authorised by Chairman and CEO Dr. Jun Peng on behalf of Pony AI’s Board of Directors on 3 June 2026.
