Zhaoke Ophthalmology Limited has released its latest Annual Report, Circular and Proxy Form on 23 April 2026 and confirmed the permanent transition to electronic delivery of all future corporate communications in line with the expanded paperless listing regime (HKEX Listing Rules 2.07A and 2.07B).

The English and Chinese versions of the newly published documents, together with subsequent corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be accessible on both the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.zkoph.com). No printed copies will be mailed unless specifically requested.

Shareholders are encouraged to supply a functional e-mail address by scanning the personalised QR code on the reply form or by returning the completed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. A valid e-mail address enables timely receipt of “Actionable Corporate Communications,” which require shareholder instructions. If no functional e-mail is provided, investors must proactively monitor the HKEXnews and company websites; printed copies of actionable documents will continue to be dispatched until e-mail details are registered.
