KE Holdings Inc. has disclosed the initial distribution status of the "Health Family Guardian Fund," a 400 million yuan donation from two of its co-founders. As of the application opening on April 23, 2026, 21 service providers have received the fund, totaling 560,000 yuan.

Among the recipients, 18 are agents from Lianjia and the Beilian platform; 2 are store owners from Deyou and Century 21; and 1 is a client manager from Shengdu Whole Decoration. Of the 21 disbursements, 20 were 20,000 yuan each for critical illness coverage, transferred within two days. The remaining 160,000 yuan provided support to a Deyou agent's family in Xuzhou facing exceptional hardship.

The "Health Family Guardian Fund" was established by KE Holdings co-founder, Chairman, and CEO Peng Yongdong and co-founder Shan Yigang. On April 17, 2025, and February 24, 2026, the co-founders announced a donation of 19 million shares to provide medical security, children's education support for residential industry service providers and their families, aid for new graduates, and to fund this specific initiative.
