Homeland ITL repurchases 0.09 million shares, treasury stock climbs to 21.51 million

Homeland Interactive Technology Ltd. (Homeland ITL) disclosed a buyback of 90,000 ordinary shares on 21 July 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased within a price range of HKD 1.23–1.26, with total consideration of approximately HKD 0.11 million and a volume-weighted average price of HKD 1.24.

After the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.00713 % to 1.26190 billion. • Treasury shares increased to 21.51 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.28340 billion.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 12 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 127.45 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 12.61 million shares, representing 0.99 % of the issued shares on the mandate date.

All 90,000 shares acquired on 21 July 2026 are being held as treasury shares; none have been cancelled. In line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Homeland ITL is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals until 20 August 2026.
