TK Group Reports No Share Capital Changes for June 2026; Confirms Public Float Compliance

TK Group (Holdings) Limited (TK Group) filed its monthly return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming stable share capital metrics and full compliance with listing requirements.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million.

Issued share capital also showed no movement during the month. Outstanding ordinary shares stayed at 833.26 million, with no treasury shares held, leaving the total number of issued shares unchanged at 833.26 million.

TK Group affirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25% as at 30 June 2026.

The filing further noted that the company had no share option exercises, warrant issues, convertible securities, or other equity-related arrangements during the reporting period.

Executive Director Mr Cheung Fong Wa signed off on the submission dated 2 July 2026, confirming adherence to all relevant Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements.
