TeleChoice International (T41) Shareholders Approve All AGM Resolutions

TeleChoice International (T41) announced that all resolutions tabled at its Twenty-Eighth Annual General Meeting, held in Singapore on Apr, 28 2026, were duly passed by poll vote.

Shareholders adopted the FY2025 financial statements, approved a final tax-exempt (one-tier) dividend for the year ended Dec, 31 2025, and re-elected directors Ronald Seah Lim Siang, Stephen Geoffrey Miller and Shailesh Anand Ganu. They also endorsed directors’ remuneration for FY2025.

Deloitte & Touche LLP was appointed auditor in place of the retiring KPMG LLP, with authority granted to the board to fix its remuneration. Investors further renewed mandates authorising share issuances, the company’s Restricted and Performance Share Plans, the Interested Person Transactions mandate and the Share Purchase Mandate.

Each resolution received at least 99.81% of votes cast in favour, with most garnering 99.99% support. CACS Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. acted as the independent scrutineer for the meeting.
