XIZHI TECH-P (01879) Reports Interim Results with Adjusted Net Loss Widening 11.95% to RMB 147 Million

XIZHI TECH-P (01879) has announced its interim financial results for the six-month period ended June 30, 2026. The group recorded revenue of RMB 79.779 million, representing a substantial year-on-year increase of 283.68%. However, the adjusted net loss expanded to RMB 147 million, up 11.95% from the prior corresponding period, with a loss per share of RMB 63.08.

During the reporting period, the optical interconnect business segment demonstrated exceptional growth momentum, surging from RMB 16.17 million in the first half of 2025 to RMB 60.7 million in the first half of 2026—a remarkable 275% increase. This expansion was primarily driven by the successful deployment of Scale-up OCS solutions at a larger commercial scale.

Looking ahead, the company plans to consolidate its leadership position in complex optoelectronic chip design, packaging design, and 3D optoelectronic hybrid integration technologies. Following its development roadmap, the firm aims to consistently deliver increasingly competitive products to the market. The experience gained from system link commissioning and delivery in overseas markets is progressively validating the company's capacity for large-scale supply to global customers. Consequently, the group will accelerate the establishment of localized technical support and customer response systems tailored for international clients.

With regard to optical computing—a long-term strategic priority—the company will continue tackling challenges in optical matrix scaling and software-hardware collaboration. By partnering with GPU manufacturers, server providers, and algorithm framework developers, the group intends to advance the adaptation and optimization of optoelectronic hybrid computing within the application software layer.
