PAGODA GP Repurchases 0.69 Million H-Shares, Reducing Issued Float by 0.03%

Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (PAGODA GP, HKEX: 02411) disclosed that it bought back 690,000 H-shares on 9 June 2026 via on-market transactions. The repurchase was executed at prices between HKD 1.64 and HKD 1.65 per share, for a total consideration of approximately HKD 1.14 million.

Following the transaction:

• Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell to 1.98 billion, down 0.03% from 1.98 billion the previous day. • Treasury shares increased to 19.53 million from 18.84 million. • The company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 2.00 billion shares, as the repurchased stock is being held in treasury.

The buyback was conducted under a mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises PAGODA GP to repurchase up to 198.35 million shares. Cumulative repurchases since the mandate now total 2.27 million shares, representing 0.11% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or disposal of treasury shares until 9 July 2026.
