Prosperous Future Holdings Limited reported a sharp rebound in operating performance for the three months ended 31 March 2026, according to a business update filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Group expects profit after tax to reach approximately HK$41.40 million, reversing last year’s first-quarter loss (comparative figure not disclosed in the announcement). Top-line growth was driven by:

• Securities brokerage: Revenue is projected at HK$49.40 million, reflecting a significant year-on-year increase. • Insurance and wealth management: Revenue is projected at HK$11.60 million, also materially higher than the prior-year period.

Both divisions sit within the Group’s financial services segment and collectively underpinned the return to profitability.

Management emphasised that the figures are based on unaudited consolidated management accounts and are subject to possible adjustments after auditor and audit-committee review. Shareholders and potential investors were advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
