Kumpulan Wang Persaraan lifts holding in Top Glove to 533.7 million shares

Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) said that substantial shareholder Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) acquired 1.35 million ordinary shares on Jun, 18 2026 through its fund manager in an open-market transaction.
Following the purchase, KWAP’s stake comprises 442.70 million shares held directly (5.521% of issued capital) and 90.98 million shares deemed held indirectly (1.135%), bringing its total interest to about 533.68 million shares.
The change in interest was disclosed to the company on Jun, 19 2026.
